Our Credentials

We have been in the service for the needy and downtrodden since 2011. We are working with the support of the Government Medical College Hospital, Ernakulam, Kalamassery. This hospital is more or less a referral hospital and  patients referred from faraway places are coming for better treatment.  Hence they are unable to bring food from their houses and have to depend on outside food. 

Most of the patients so refereed as economically weaker and our services are beneficial to the patients and their bystanders. Similarly nutritious fresh food served by us can help the patients to recover from their illness speedily and make them fit for their livelihood.

Palliative home care service was started in November, 2015.  We visit the bed ridden patients in their houses on rotation basis and provide them necessary Nurses Home care, Doctors Home and Social worker Home care. We also provide them grocery kits occasionally. We arrange for them wheel chair, walker and other medical equipment etc., in essential cases. This project is known as SAHAI. The area of operation of this project is Ernakulam revenue District for the time being. After assessing the output and requirement, we are planning start one more unit to cover the uncovered area. It is now converted as Integrated Cancer Home Care Project, a Project of Cochin Cancer Research Centre and we are the partners of this Project.

We have a fully Palliative trained Staff Nurse and trained volunteers.  We started our association with CCRC on the 14th of May, 2018. CCRC will provide medicines and Medical advice.  By doing this, the patients need not travel to the far away hospital for urgent Nursing care. As we are the facilitator of the project, we visit the houses of the patients and provide them necessary care. If needed, we contact the doctor from there by video/voice call and discuss with the doctor about the patient’s current condition and as per his advice, we provide services to the patients. If it is necessary, the patients will be transferred to the nearby Government hospital or to the CCRC for urgent medical attention. We have to provide the infrastructure required for the project.

Our mission: is to feed the poor, care for the sick, educate the children and to provide housing and means of livelihood to sustain.     

Our vision:  To help the patients to recover from their illness by way of nutritious food and medicines and make them fit to earn their livelihood, educate the children, and provide houses and thereby participate in the nation Building. The advancement of the nation is depends upon the Health and wealth of the citizens.
